I have been applying patches for years now and know the proper procedure. Company needs to instruct customer service to listen to customers and not talk over them. It's easy to use, good instructions and makes these repairs permanent. Try it on any heavy material, and you will be pleased at the results. Washer and dryer proof , You can patch over a patch if needed. Glue even peeleds off the patch in a dusty form. The package description WARNS not to use this on leather. Also, you still have to IRON even if you use the glue. The easiest to use as well!
