I dont know why the mobs names dont appear, but you only need to click on the mobs name with the right button and choose attack or attack alone.

Edit2: You can try using this but i don't know if is gonna work. Just unzip anywhere and copy to the lineage2/system folder, but do a backup of the L2.exe from L2Forever first.
